So in todays post I am going to be telling you how to do yoga with barbie dolls??!

SO LETS GET STARTED!!

The first move is “Downward Dog”

How you do this pose – Put your hands down inline with your head, put you bottom in the air and you legs down like a triangle but no bottom part and breath in.

Then exhale coming down with you arms still in place your head looking up your stomach in a curve and your legs just laying down.

The second move in a “Mediation” pose

How you do this – First put you legs criss-cross applesauce and put your shoulders down and back a little then set you arms on your legs.

Then breath in and out and think about your goals in life, think of your happy place, and friends family. The goal is to clear your mind for your goals in life. Have a steading calm focused life.

This pose is um… VERY HARD!! I don’t know what this on is called.

Writing a scrip can be very important. I wanna say almost as important as ideas! Writing a scrip/scrips means a few things, it can mean writing what you are going to say or do before you jump into starting the video, so you have an idea of what you are doing.

So I’m going to give you guys a project! Tomorrow I will be posting a blog post which means you guys have till tomorrow to do this project. If you need more time work on it over the weekend.

What you need:

Something to write on
Something to write with
IDEAS!!

Like we were talking about on Tuesday you need ideas for this project. What you are going to be doing, is pretty simple. You are going to be writing a scrip! It doesn’t have to be long, like two hundred words? I think you guys can do it!!

Get a piece of paper and pen/whatever you are using to write with, come up with an idea for your video. Then write your scrip based on that idea. Write what you want to say, and write what you are going to do.

Here’s my example of what you are going to be doing, for my scrip its going to be less words but you guys will get the point. It is about barbies

BARBIES <- My idea

Barbie getting up <- Title

*Barbie wakes up in her bed* <- What she is doing

“Good morning” Barbie said to her self <- What she is saying

*Barbie gets out of bed and says,* Today is beautiful <- What she is saying and doing

You need to at least have: Someone saying something, someone doing something, title, and an idea.

You will need this because scrip because these two weeks when I post you will have little assignments and at the end you will have a great video!

You don’t have to make this in to much detail just enough for a first video. Have fun, play around with it!! Bye!!
